Arsenal and Chelsea are closely monitoring Feyenoord midfielder Gjivai Zechiël ahead of the January transfer window, according to CaughtOffside.

The report claims Feyenoord rejected a €17 million offer from Lille for the 22-year-old during the summer and are determined to retain him unless a significantly improved bid arrives.
